One Event. Infinite Possibilities.

Event Date: 18-20 February 2026

Venue: Pune, India

Three days, one city, and honest conversations about where the world is heading in the age of AI. Tandem 2026 invited clients into the space where the real work happens. The event wasn’t just conferences and showcases, but a space where our clients explored how organizations are navigating technological acceleration, internal skepticism, governance pressure, and the responsibility of delivering measurable impact.

Strategy and Leadership

Tandem 2026 didn’t include abstract conversations on AI.

Keynotes and panel discussions highlighted the friction of deploying agentic AI inside a working enterprise. Senior voices from across industries didn’t come with polished safe takes; rather, a real version of where this is headed, what’s working, what isn’t, and why the decisions being made right now carry immense weight and value.

The conversations carried conviction and seriousness, underscoring that leadership at Tandem is shaped by responsibility as much as ambition.

Technology and Innovation

Techathon at Tandem 2026 displayed real life scenarios that enterprises face and real-world solutions to tackle them. At the Fulcrum Digital office, teams across verticals set up live demonstrations, ready to answer questions and showcase proof of integration, data readiness, deployment timelines, and much more. Engineering, AI, and sales teams knew their work inside out, garnering client trust—a core pillar at FD.

Culture, Community, and Collaboration

While BAU was ongoing, Tandem 2026 also included sessions to boost work culture. A dedicated session on leadership gave leaders and senior executives space to reflect on what it means to guide complex teams, building confidence and developing the next generation of Fulcrummers. One of the most resonant conversations of the event, the Women in Leadership session, brought focus on to what it takes to lead, the journey ahead, and why inclusivity matters.

Clients spent time at the Fulcrum Digital offices, meeting teams in the spaces where ideas are developed and delivered. The awards ceremony honored achievements and contributions across the company, followed by Fulcrum Got Talent, where employees showcased their talents in front of an enthusiastic crowd. The week also featured the finals of the Fulcrum Premier League cricket tournament, drawing colleagues together in friendly competition and spirited support from the sidelines. As the evening caught momentum, Amit Kalantri, a renowned professional mentalist, magician, and illusionist, had the room questioning everything they thought they knew. Manasi Ghosh, the Indian Idol 2025 winner, brought a different kind of electricity to the stage. The nights included musical renditions, instrumental performance, and a bucket jam, with the crowd in rapt participation.

The bar is much higher now, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. See you next year!
